Returns & Exchanges

We handle each transaction with the goal of making you completely satisfied. Returns are accepted for exchange or refund on full priced items within 15 days upon receipt. Items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn, include all original attached tags, forms of packaging and must contain the return authorization number.

When returning your items to Khaki’s of Carmel please follow our suggested shipping carrier & address recommendations otherwise we might not receive your package. Carmel doesn’t use street numbers so shipping here can be tricky. Once we receive your package please give us 7 to 10 days to process your return.

Full Price & Sale Items

All full price items can be returned or exchanged for store credit, full refund, or another size within 15 days of receipt. You are responsible for the shipping charges with exception of an error on our part. If you are requesting a refund we will return the amount tendered to the original payment method. If you returning all items on an order and received free shipping, we will deduct a flat $15 from the returned amount.

All sale price items are final sale, no exchanges or returns.
