Sales Team Member in Carmel, CA

Your role:​​
As a member of the sales team you will drive group and personal sales goals. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful and lasting relationships with customers by executing a strategic plan, with a progressive, customer-centric approach to sales and service. A key requirement is to demonstrate passion, agility and bias for action in a fast-paced business environment, transcending the scope of the traditional sales associate role.

Your goal:
Create a luxury shopping experience by providing excellent customer service during and after the sale. Maintain contact with customers throughout the year; checking on previous purchases, inform them of new products that they might be interested in based on previous sales, and learning how you may be able to provide products or services that would be useful to their upcoming plans or events.
